All items must be returned in their original condition, without having been worn, washed or altered, and with tags still attached. Customized items cannot be returned.
Returns must be sent back using our pre-paid return slip that comes with the order. One prepaid label is provided for each order. For international orders, three signed commercial invoices are required and should be included with your return (attached outside the carton).

European orders will be charged with a 7.5EUR / 75SEK return fee, orders placed in USD will be charged with a 10USD return fee. The return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Your refund will be credited to the original payment method.
All items labeled as "Final Sale" have been significantly reduced in price and are not eligible for returns, refunds, e-gift cards, or exchanges. Please note, our Final Sale policy does not impact your separate legal right of withdrawal or cancellation, which may be available under certain conditions to consumers in the EU and UK.
