When will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 days from the time you receive your order confirmation on business days (not including public holidays).
Orders are shipped with different carriers depending on the country, you will also receive a direct link to your tracking in your shipping confirmation. Click on the link on your order confirmation to view the up to-date tracking for your order.

To all other countries we ship DDU. If the order is shipped DDU (delivery duties unpaid), please contact your local customs should be able to estimate the price
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you wish to exchange an item(s), please return your item(s) to us and place a new order at blkdnm.com. We're unable to cancel an order once it has left our warehouse.
We're unable to offer price adjustments/price matching on items purchased at full price, that later go on sale.
How do I return an item?
Contact us at [email protected] for a pre-paid return slip. European orders will be charged with a 7.5EUR return fee and orders placed in USD will be charged with a 10USD return fee. Returns usually take 14 days to be received and processed. The refund will be issued to the original payment method, this could take up to five workdays.
